If I order today, when will my goods arrive?
Items displayed on the web site are in stock unless stated. We aim to dispatched all orders on the day of order. We are pleased to offer different speeds of shipping, so simply select the one that suits your requirements. Choose from 3-5 working days, 48 working hours or 24 working hours. Exceptions To This: Should there be any unusual circumstance which affect our normal delivery schedule, you will receive an email notifying you of this within 24 working hours.
Do I have to specify a delivery address if it is the same as my billing address?
We will assume that your delivery address is the same as your billing address, unless stated otherwise.
Will I receive an email to confirm my order?
Yes you will receive an email confirming all of the details of your order. If you do not, this will be because you have incorrectly entered your email address. You should also check your email spam box as business emails can sometimes be filtered in to this in error.
Do you do a catalogue?
Due to the fact that we are updating our product lines all the time, we do not produce a catalogue as it would be out of date too quickly. You can however print any section you like from the web site. Under the page title for the section, you will see a "Print Page" link. Just click here to produce your own mini catalogue. This way you know the information is current.
Do I have to order online?
No. Once you have viewed the web site, simply make a note of what you would like to buy and call our sales order line on 01242 285999 . We are here to take your orders, Monday to Friday, between 9 and 5pm.
Do you ship world wide?
Yes we do! Just select your delivery destination from the drop down box when you checkout.
I am in another country, how will I know how much shipping is?
No problems, just add the items to the shopping basket as normal, and when you get to the checkout, select your delivery destination from the drop down county selection. The cost of shipping will automatically be calculated to your destination, based on the weight of your order.
Can I see my order total in my own currency?
To do this, simply go to the checkout page and choose your location from the "Select Your Location" box. Most common currencies are included, Euros, US Dollars, Aus Dollars etc.
Do you supply trade?
Not as such, but we are happy to look at large orders on an individual basis. In the first instance, please Email Us with a list of the items you are interested in, the quantity and your delivery destination. We will respond to your email as soon as we can, normally 1-2 days.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Then please get in touch! We are a very friendly bunch and will do all we can to help you. Call us free on 0800 043 9335 and we will be happy to help, whatever the problem. Should you wish to return an item to us, call us or email us and we can send you a Free Post returns label making returns quick and trouble free.
